12/17/2009- I am reorganizing this website and taking a change in direction. I will still discuss living with social phobia and social anxiety disorder. However, I plan to incorporate blogs and more interactive elements as well as focus on providing useful commentary. The tone will be more about overcoming social anxiety and less about wearing the label and victimization. I also will be launching a couple separate websites that focus more on social phobia outside of my own personal perspective. As an individual, I am much more than just someone with a label. Social Anxiety Disorder is a major part of who I am and how I live but it does not define me. I have other projects in the works that have nothing to do with dwelling on social phobia and everything to do with living life.
